About me:
I completed my Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Law in 2017 at Christ University, India where I continued to pursue my LLM in Corporate and Commercial Laws.
I have written two dissertational theses on “A Paradox between Party Autonomy and Public Policy” and “Corporate Criminal Liability”. I am also a member of the Karnataka State Bar Council, India 2017 and the Bar Council of India, 2018.
In July 2019, I graduated from The University of Cambridge with a Master of Corporate Law.
I am pursuing my Ph.D. at UC Louvain, Belgium, in the area of Consumer harm in ratings and reviews on digital platforms. I am also a researcher for a project entitled “Platform Regulation and Operations in the Sharing Economy.”
